It carries a very personal, strong and deeply emotional message. The central motif is a portrait of a woman with her head tilted back – a gesture not of exhaustion, but of deep inner longing. A longing for company, for a moment of silence for herself, for feeling fully a woman again. It is the quiet cry of the soul that almost every mother knows. The work is a sensitive reminder that even in the greatest devotion to family one must not forget oneself. Visually it is built on contrast: a monochromatic, finely shaded face with rich dark hair is brought to life by glowing golden strands that symbolise inner strength, beauty and awakening feminine energy. Abstract silver elements in the background close the composition with elegance, dynamism and a hint of luxury.
